Trend for USD/GBP
The year 2007 started with a changed trend in forex market and all the forex traders made their new strategies for the year ahead. Being a regular player in the market, I am also preparing my own strategy and like to get your views on the subject. What is the current strategy for dollar versus sterling in investment? Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Re: Trend for USD/GBP
Sterling maintains its strength and soars across the board with support from strong data. The greenback was mixed despite a series of solid data. In future most currencies will face the test of some important economic indicators that could either extend its own trend.
But the pound seems to be going in the safe side.

Re: Trend for USD/GBP
Is this a projection for the 2007 year? Right now, how things look, sterling might break the tough 2.000 barrier against the USD. I'm not betting against that possibility. If nothing else, it may maintain between 2.0000 and 1.9000 for a while.
The sum is greater than its parts.
