The ratio USD/JPY in the year 2007
I have no idea what happened, but the Yen fell out of bed and took the Pound with it. Panic must have set in, because for a few minutes, all four currencies were going down at the same time. Since then, market is continuously falling, led by the Yen and just now my account stands at about -$4,000. It may take a while to dig out of this one if the Yen continues to be so intransigent. Oh well, that's trading.

The Yen and the Franc are soaring high while Pound and Euro are down, the hedge is holding steady at -$3700. there is a below drag of 15%, and my limit hasn’t crossed the 30% although the figures are high at present. Currently I’ve reserved 459%
It may recover soon. Of course, swap happens and I received an interest payment of $65.98. It even pays me during my down account.

While your trades are hugely negative and you think about the swap interest? Doesn't really add up.
The sum is greater than its parts.

Well, another day, another $140.90 profit. I made another small sale, this time in the Yen ( 8 mini $1,000 lots) for $76.65 and earned $64.25 in interest. The market is flat, with none of the 4 currency pairs in my hedge moving hardly at all. I'm creeping back from the big draw down of last week and am now in the hole about -$1800. With two days left in the month, my account stands at $24,741.93.
