A Country’s Real Asset
In New York a Japanese exchanged his 2,000-yen and walked out with $76. The following week, he walked in with 2,000 yen, and was handed $66. He inquired about why is he being paid less this time?
The officer said, 'Fluctuations'.
In reply the Japanese said, 'Fluc you Amelicans too!'
Now tell me is it good to deal with currencies or with gold or diamond?

Re: A Country’s Real Asset
Gold is trading at something around $380; it is still cheap compare to its price 5 years later. Anyhow a country’s economy always depends on its total gold asset. All the money is just debt the government owes you. They are not "asset".
