Re: Tax issues
How do you propose to get around not paying the IRS on the profits? Is it legal? Illegal? I'd be interested in hearing it.

Tax issues

Dear Brian

Thanks for your question in regards to my post. In fact, it is absolutely legal to save taxes. The question is, how you do it. If you Invest money through a Liechtenstein company or foundation, or another jurisdiction which has tax reliefs, it is not a problem and without any risk for you as a trader.

You could use for example a Marshall Island company for your FOREX trading. I.e. have a company registered in the Marshall Islands, bank accout with eBanking access in Liechtenstein, and do your trading from there. The profits flow back to the Liechtenstein bank account.

The Marshall Islands off-shore company law does not know company taxation, and off-shore bank accounts in Liechtenstein are not under taxation either. The director of the company should be a registered trustee in Liechtenstein (and you know one of course, lol).

The next advantage is that Marshall Island off-shore companies do not need to keep accounts, establish balance sheets or whatsoever. You have just to pay your yearly company fees to the registry in the Marshall Islands.

It's very easy and prooved thousands of times that it works.

This is a rough overview. If you need more detailled information, do not hesitate to contact me.

Have fun

Francesco

Re: Tax issues
Those are excellent options, I'll consider it. I have to wait until I'm a bit richer for the IRS to consider me their solution to solve the US deficit LOL. But when the time comes, I'll certainly give you a shout on that. How do you know so much about this?

Re: Tax issues

Dear Brian

I will wait until IRS will consider you as THE solution. lol

You are asking, how I know so much about this? Its simple. I am a trustee in Liechtenstein, and the main business of liechtenstein trustees is "tax planning". Very simple. This is my daily business.

Hope this is good enough

Francesco
