Time & Profit Management
Can someone tell me how much time should I give for trading everyday ? Tell me the most gaining business? Tell me about the peak hours and focus your analysis and trading resources on those. My principle making a lot more money in a lot less time!

Re: Time & Profit Management
Forex traders normally need to be in front of the computer during the London session where the most volume and price movements take place, especially near the opening (8am Greenwich time). In that span of 3-4 hours, the market will be more than sufficient to decent gains if you have a profitable to trade. If you plan to swing trade, then you still need to there to take a position and set the conditional exits and not have to worry about it again until the next morning.

The truly dedicated professional would stay almost 24 hours on and off watching the markets for any sudden price movements that might move. If you have this kind of time to do it, then great, but chances all of us are obligated to other things sooner or later. For myself, I only spend the London morning and the rest of the day somewhere else.

Good luck!

The sum is greater than its parts.

Re: Time & Profit Management
Two hours of sincere, careful & smart trading with preplanned strategies each day could yield far better results than 8 hours of slogging with scattered and haphazard ideas. Gaining business totally depends on how much interest are you putting. Peak hours naturally face the largest demand by the people.
